Cancellation, Returns & Refunds


a. You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Please inform us about your decision within 24 hours of order placement and we will cancel the order at our end. In all such cases, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy.


b. If the order has been shipped, it will be not be eligible for cancellation. It will be dealt with in accordance with the return and replacement policy.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Kindly note once the refund is initiated from our side it might take up to 10-12 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account. We request you to be patient in this regard.

If customers want to exchange/refund/cancel a order just because they have bought a wrong product(knowingly /unknowingly) or there is no more requirement of it. All such cases will solely be decided by us at our discretion.


Return and Replacement Policy

a. Items damaged during shipment: If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and contact our customer support mentioning your Order ID. A brand new replacement will be despatched to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Shipping charges for return will be borne by us in such cases.


b. Other Cases: All other cases where there is some issue with the product, we will issue an exchange or refund only if the issue is brought to our notice within 03 days of receipt of the item. After 03 days, all sales are considered final. The exchange and return will be issued after confirming that the product was defective right from the beginning. All products which develop a issue due to mishandling will be replaced or exchanged at the discretion of the company.
